Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle

We brought my aunt in to Hyundai New Ro because her car after 13 years finally died. She is on a fixed income as a retired senior and was stressed about having a car payment. We met with Sarah right away who asked what was important to my aunt to better understand her need. After review, Sarah recognized the stress the process and payment was causing my aunt. Sarah was extremely compassionate and human and Instead of looking at it as a sale she was able to make adjustments to what would be comfortable to my aunts budget. My aunt walked out of the dealership with a brand new Elantra in under 4 hours with a payment that made her feel comfortable. Sarah was great and we would all highly recommend her service. In addition, Yousif came out to talk to us and was super helpful as well.

We had such a great experience leasing our new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from Hyundai of New Rochelle! From the moment we walked in, Max was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, let us compare different models, and made sure we found the perfect vehicle for our growing family. One thing that really stood out was how much he genuinely listened to us. We had mentioned how much we loved the brown interior, but unfortunately there weren’t any available at the time. We figured we’d have to go with a different color. When we arrived to pick up our Palisade, Max surprised us by finding one with the brown interior and having it brought to the dealership specifically for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much that he went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Mike, the manager, was also fantastic to work with. He helped make the entire leasing process smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Leasing a new car can feel overwhelming, but the team at Hyundai of New Rochelle made it such an enjoyable experience. We absolutely love our new 2026 Hyundai P

Sarah, Jaime and Taj helped me get into 2026 Elantra! I came out of a 2013 sonata with over 130k miles. Very easy to work with. Definitely recommend coming here for your next purchase

We are very happy with our Hyundai Kona and with the entire service at the dealership—especially from Andre Smith, our salesperson. He was very cordial and always took our needs and budget into account, providing us with the best option.

I came to empire hyundai of new Rochelle in hopes to drive off with a car and they did not disappoint! My salesman,Andre Smith, was extremely throughout and helpful throughout the ENTIRE process. Any and every question I had he answered with no problems. He really made me feel comfortable and helped with first time buyer jitters. Very human responses and I felt like family. Very inviting atmosphere. And my finance rep Jamie continued with the wonderful service. He helped me understand the ins and outs of the signing process and would not give up on me. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to potential buyers looking for a car! My experience here was a 11 out of 10!
